These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FieldCherry, including the website, applications, account features, reporting tools, scheduling tools, client management features, integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using FieldCherry, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate registration, billing, business, and contact information.
Protect your credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
Ensure users invited to your account comply with these Terms.
Use FieldCherry only for lawful business, professional, or client-service purposes.
Maintain permissions needed to upload, process, share, or store content in FieldCherry.

Plans, subscriptions, and billing

FieldCherry may be offered through free, demo, trial, paid, or custom plans. Plan features, limits, billing terms, and subscription details may vary.

Fees, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown during checkout or in your account settings when applicable.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Access to paid features may be suspended or limited for failed payments, expired plans, misuse, or legal reasons.
We may update plan features, pricing, and availability from time to time, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into FieldCherry. You grant FieldCherry the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and generate outputs from that content to provide the service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you submit.
Generated reports, summaries, and documents should be reviewed for accuracy and suitability.
FieldCherry may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Review required: You are responsible for confirming that generated reports and AI-assisted outputs are accurate before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FieldCherry or interfere with the service. Prohibited activity includes:

Using FieldCherry for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes.
Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
Uploading malicious code, unauthorized personal information, or content you are not allowed to process.
Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or copying FieldCherry except as allowed by law or written agreement.

Intellectual property

FieldCherry, including its software, design, workflows, templates, documentation, logos, and service content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your content, all rights remain with FieldCherry or its licensors.

You may use FieldCherry only as permitted by your plan and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from FieldCherry without permission.
Feedback may be used to improve FieldCherry without obligation to you.
Third-party services and open-source components may be governed by their own terms.
Use of FieldCherry does not transfer ownership of any FieldCherry intellectual property.

Privacy and data protection
